Joe has been with Horizon since 2017 and is one of our highly esteemed renovation technicians. If you have an old shabby pool that you want to be magically converted to new again, Joe will be there. He specializes in large-scale renovations, large equipment replacement and facility equipment installation. He is a wizard at rigging and our equipment operator.

When not crushing it in the pool scene, Joe is....well, we don't actually know. I'm pretty sure he's Batman!
