House Accounts

A "House Account" allows existing commercial customers to utilize the web site and online store to place orders while still receiving pricing discounts and contracted services. Only select customers with Terms will be granted an online "House Account". Here are some ways a "House Account" will differ from a standard online account:

1. No pricing or shipping charges will show up while logged in as a House Account
2. Customer will be billed according to quoted or catalog pricing according to our commercial customer Terms & Conditions.
3. House Accounts will be able to see many more bulk products and chemicals that are restricted for standard online accounts.
4. Additional shipping options will be available including receipt of deliveries on Horizon trucks if applicable.
5. House Account customers must be within the distribution area of Horizon trucks (Twin Cities Metro, Minnesota, Wisconsin).

To request a house account, please select that option when you create an account. If you already have an account and would like to request it be converted to a house account, please contact us. Please note all house accounts take one business day to be reviewed and approved.
