Chemical Feeders

We offer a complete line of Stenner chemical feeders with output ranges from .2 gallons per day (0.6 liters) to 170 gallons per day (514.8 liters), depending on the model and application. Models are available as fixed output units. Also available in low or high pressure. They are made of tough, high strength polycarbonate plastic that is resistant to the most corrosive chemicals. All pumps come with mounting bracket, spare tube assembly, injection fitting, 20 feet of tubing, nuts, ferrules, and owner’s manual.

The Classic Series Single Head Fixed Output Pump is a peristaltic metering pump that injects solutions at a fixed rate. It can be activated by a water meter for proportional feed or installed with a controller for sanitizing a swimming pool. The Classic Series single head fixed pump has been tested by ETL to conform to the ANSI/NSF standard 50 when used with ANSI/NSF 50 listed controllers.

Stenner’s fixed output metering pump is built with two detachable components: the motor and pump head. Outputs are dependent upon the rpm of the motor gears and the size of the peristaltic pump tube. The motor’s output shaft rotates at a fixed rpm which drives the roller assembly within the pump head. The fixed rate pump has no output adjustment. All Stenner metering pumps have a 3-point roller design in the pump head, which acts as a check valve to prevent back flow, siphoning, overdosing and loss of prime.
