SlideRenu SlideDetergent Heavy Duty Water Slide Cleaner, Gallon SR22128
SlideDetergent™ is a uniquely formulated water based technology that quickly breaks down and dissolves a variety of “HARD-TO- REMOVE” surface contaminants on water slides and other aquatic features. It may also be used on splash pad surfaces, pool decks, soft foam play features, pool tile and plastic slides. Extremely effective in dissolving dirt, body-grime, bird droppings, water shoe marks, leaf stains, scum lines and other unwanted hard-to-remove surface residue. SlideDetergent™ contains no harmful acids, ammonia, petroleum distillates and is readily biodegradable. It rinses clean without leaving any white residue. The negligible amount of SlideDetergentl™ used WILL NOT CHANGE THE WATER CHEMISTRY OF THE POOL WATER.
RECOMMENDED USES: SlideDetergent™ is recommended to be used as a routine maintenance cleaner on a variety of interior and exterior surfaces of water slides, splash pad flooring, pool decks/tile, soft foam features, plastic slides and aquatic play features. This highly concentrated super heavy duty cleaner may also be used in the first step of preparing water slide surfaces prior to compounding and waxing. Used at full strength, it cuts through the most stubborn surface contaminants quickly leaving the surface squeaky clean. It is much stronger and safer than acid cleaners which can permanently damage most aquatic surfaces, e.g. gelcoat, epoxy paint, plastic, concrete, fiberglass, metal, etc.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shake well before use. Product may be diluted in water no more than 1 part product to 2 parts water. “DOES NOT REMOVE CALCIUM BUILD-UP”. Use SlideRenu® Calcitrol® to remove calcium carbonate or calcium silicate surface deposits (Refer to Product Data Sheet for application instructions). For SlideDetergent™ to be the most effective, it must be agitated on the surface with a scrub brush. For superior results, add SlideDetergent™ to a pressure washer system at 1 gallon per 1,000 sq. ft. of surface to be treated (dilution ratio of 1:250 is typical) and apply using a soap spray nozzle, foam gun or water cannon. Let stand on the surface for 1-2 minutes. Do not allow the soapy water to dry. Rinse off with tap water (hot recommended) through a pressure washer until the soap disappears. A final rinse with free-flowing water (nozzle off a hose) is recommended to allow the water to sheet-off the slide.
